Wonderful Wales!

Two glorious weeks in Wales coming to an end now.  Walks on the estuary with kingfishers, herons and lapwings, and buzzards and red kites overhead on the mountain walks.  Messing around in the garden between downpours, dragonflies and mayflies over the pond, much clearing out of algae and pernicious polyganum.  Evening bonfires with the scent of autumn very much on the air.  Local food  - blackberries and plums for the picking, plus fabulous salads of various leaves and nasturtium flowers. Had a chilled time with lovely friends to stay.
